Law Office Waszczuk and Partners, Partnership of Solicitors, located in Namysłów is one of the leading law offices in the Opole Region.

The office started in 1997 as a civil company established by solicitors Iwona and Bartosz Waszczuk. Currently, there are two Partners working in the Office which, in total, employs thirteen lawyers.

Our team guarantees professional legal service in all aspects of commercial law, concerning in particular: trade, civil, bank, labor and social insurance law, administrative law, intellectual and industrial property law, real estate and tax law.

Most of our lawyers have good command of English. We also employ a team of professional translators, including sworn translators, which enables us to provide legal services in English as well.

We cooperate with law offices in Cracow, Warsaw, Poznan, Sopot and also abroad, in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Hamburg, Munich and Greenville (South Carolina) in the United States.

We cooperate with a Lawyer’s Office, in case we need specialized expertise and also with a law firm specializing in tax consultancy, human resources and accounting which significantly broadens the scope of services provided by our Law Office.

Our clients include private companies operating in different areas of business, as well as public entities (self-governments, hospitals, universities) and banks.
