We specialize in the purchase and management of land properties, buildings and retail properties for the purpose of industrial, manufacturing and trade, and housing investments. We provide assistance in the examination of the legal status of real estate (verification of real estate registers, entries and extracts, local spatial development plan, study of spatial development), the preparation and legal analysis of purchase-sale agreements (promissory and conditional agreements), hire and lease agreements, real estate and housing cooperatives management agreements, adjusted to the individual needs of our clients, and obtaining all relevant decisions and permits necessary for the completion of real estate transactions.
The services also include assistance for foreign entities (foreigners) – both individuals and legal entities – in the purchase of real estate in the territory of our country.
Our activities include carrying out proceedings of the division of real estate, real estate registers (registration and changes in real estate registers, updating real estate registers), co-ownership dissolution proceedings, acquisitive prescription, establishment of easement, real estate boundary determination proceedings and similar area.
