Commercial Law

Consultancy, with regard to broadly understood commercial law, makes an important part of our activity.

We provide assistance in establishing new business entities, including developing and evaluating contracts, deeds of incorporation and other corporate deeds and providing comprehensive assistance in registration proceedings of entities (e.g. being subject to entry in the National Court Register). We also carry out liquidation proceedings.

We offer wide-ranging services related to the legal assistance of business entities independent of their legal form. The services include, among others, servicing company bodies such as meetings of shareholders, shareholder general meetings, meetings of board of management, supervisory board and boards of audit, preparing all necessary legal documentation related to the serviced entities and adjusted to their organizational structure, preparing and evaluation of contracts and draft contracts relating to commercial activity.

The Law Office actively participate in negotiating the commercial contracts of our clients with their partners and provide consultancy with regard to their business activity, including legal analysis of every undertaking in order to protect the client’s interests in the best possible way.
